Appellate Work

Our firm has extensive experience in appellate matters before both divisions of the Arizona Court of Appeals, and in the Supreme Court of Arizona, as well federal appellate courts. Our lawyers have argued more than 200 appeals, and we have represented clients on appeal on a wide variety of cases, including tax valuation and discrimination cases, a broad range of commercial disputes (including cases arising out from bankruptcy proceedings), products liability and other tort cases (both plaintiff’s and defense), and other matters.
